I don't tend to make New Year Resolutions. But I think for 2022, I will make an exception. In the past few years, I have let my job (postmaster) and lack of time rule my writing. I was speaking with one of my employees about my books and was getting excited. I realized how much I had missed it. It had been well over a year since I had made any attempt to write or work on my website. I had even made this page so I could blog, but I did not follow through. I had already made up my mind to start working on my books again and had been trying also to research marketing ideas. Sad to say, even though I believe my books are good, they are lost in a sea of others. Today I am home. Sick. Feeling yucky. Believe it isn't Covid, but it doesn't change that I feel yucky. But I thought I would use my time of sitting on the couch to do more research. I began to look up book bloggers and I realized something I had forgotten. I also love to read. I hadn't really done so in a while. Why? I used to read all the time. If the younger me had the technology that we have today, I would have an amazing book blog site. I began thinking, why not? I can be a writer and a book blogger. And even if no one ever finds my site, it will be a road I can look back on. It isn't too late for the older me to start. If you are reading this, I am glad you found me and hope you will continue to follow me on my epic journey of my books, my writing, and my reviews for the books I read. What should I read first? I will pull one from the new list of book bloggers I decided to follow on my Instagram.
